CMS- CLAIMS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Claims Management System (CMS) – an IT solution which enables full processing of claims raised in life and property insurances. The system helps to maintain a uniform claim processing standard for each of the claims within the specific category. It also features electronic archiving of documents and records of claim statuses. CMS eliminates most of the hard-copy based tasks by limiting them to electronic operations. As the system is accessible via web-browser the claim processing process can be co-managed by several parties (insurer, administrator, claim assessor etc.)
