COMPETENCE MANAGEMENT (TRAININGS)

The training process is composed of four independent modules:

  • Voice Professional which supports future consultants in acquisition of knowledge on how to conduct conversation and adapt the tone and pace of voice during the conversation.
  • Modern Customer Service which develops the ability to recognize customers’ needs.
  • The Common Thinking helps to acquire knowledge and understand the business partner’s objectives to “speak the same language”.
  • WorkShop Trainings is an indispensable form of practical preparation of a future consultant to work in the specific project.
