INFORMATION CLAUSE

In accordance with the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data, in particular the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the so-called GDPR) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC, in order to ensure proper protection of personal data, the data subject should first of all provide information regarding the processing of his personal data set out in Article 13 or 14 GDPR - depending on whether they were obtained directly from the data subject or from other sources.

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
• conclusion and implementation of the contract (provision of services),
• conducting analyzes and statistics as well as for the needs of business activity,
• selling products offered by Telbridge,
• conducting marketing activities undertaken by Telbridge,
• pursuing claims,
• archiving
• providing answers to letters and applications,
• carrying out activities related to ensuring security,
• meeting the legal obligation imposed on Telbridge,
• recruitment.

The legal basis for processing your data is one or more of the following:
• marketing consents granted by you,
• permission granted by you for processing,
• indispensability to perform the contract or to take action on your request before concluding the contract (eg answers to questions),
• indispensability to fulfill the legal obligation of the administrator (eg settlement of transactions with you in accordance with the law),
• indispensability for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the administrator, eg such as replying to your letters and requests, ensuring compliance with the regulations.

Your data may be transferred to the following entities:
• processors with cooperating with Telbridge - ordered activities carried out on behalf of Telbridge. The data will not be used for any other purpose
• entities or organizations authorized by law

Your data will not be transferred to a third country. The processing of your personal data depends on the purpose for which the data is processed. The period for which your personal data will be stored is calculated based on the following criteria:
• legal regulations that may oblige Telbridge to process data for a certain period of time (eg the Accounting Act),
• the period for which services are provided (for the needs of concluded contracts)
• the period that is necessary to defend the interests of the administrator (protection against claims),
• the period for which consent was granted (in the case of recruitment).

In addition, we inform you that you have the right to:
• requesting access to personal data concerning you,
• correcting data,
• requests to supplement incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement,
• deletion of data or processing restrictions,
• raise objections to further processing of your personal data,
• transfer of your personal data.

If you have any doubts about the correct processing of your personal data by Telbridge, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Your data will not be profiled in an automated way.

You have the right to withdraw your consents at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing of your data, which was made on the basis of the consent granted prior to its withdrawal. The consent is independent of the time in which you use the services, it is valid until it is canceled.
