Project Management Procedures
We pay special attention to procedures and thorough inspections at all stages of project implementation. In the planning process is based on the PRINCE2 methodology which is characterized by a processed approach to project management. Using the adapted methodology to our needs seven of the most central processes a selection of these have been partially described in the accompanying graph.

Recruitment
Interviews with candidates are based on scenarios related to specific products. The candidates are verified for identification and proper presentation of benefits and selling skills. The score allocated to the candidates from each of the stages of the conversation determines their suitability to a given type of training and afterwards project.
Designing business processes (example)
Circulation of documents, activities and exchange of information among the project participants is planned in a detailed manner during the project preparation stage.
Development of call script
The development of scripts involves preparation technical arguments and answers to objections raised and use of expected legal phrases or statements of will.
